WHO WE ARE

Musu Wellness Integrative Health is a premier Boutique wellness studio located in old Town Gaithersburg, Maryland. The business was founded in 2019 to motivate, train, and infuse a desire to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. The COVID-19 pandemic coupled with the telework option has exacerbated the health conditions of most Americans. This was the catalyst for rebranding our company. Integrative Health Practice now features three physicians and a mental health wellness specialist to address the current needs of our community. We offer community outreach services, Churche retreat, corporate groups health promotion, individual, and rehabilitative sessions to ensure our services are custom made. This also includes medical spa services such as clinical medical exercise therapies skin health, gut heath detox, body well-being, distance therapies, pain & Inflammation, mental & spiritual well-being. Our company motto is “Feel Good, Look Good, and Live Good”. We endeavor to achieve this with the commitment of our clients and the exceptionalism of our team and services.

Mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health. For example, depression increases the risk for many types of physical health problems, particularly long-lasting conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Physical activity can bring health benefits, including elevated mood and reduced stress; and healthy eating, which can improve mental health. Good physical health leaves a personal feeling better in the long term. As the American Heart Association puts it, “Physical activity boosts mental wellness.

That’s just it. Everyone can use a little extra help!

WHY INTEGRATIVE HEALTH RECREATION?

For one thing, we’re not going to tell you how to live your life! No one can really tell you what to do. Instead, we believe in supporting you with our resources. There are lots of ways to live your best life; we just want to be there to help in any way we can. And we make it fun! Our approach is to get people to think about things that can work for you – we’ll help you work on those things!

YOU ARE THE GUIDE

We’re not about to tell you to go on a diet or to get to the gym every day of the week! This is about how YOU want to live your life. Where do you need help in this life of yours? In truth, living your best life means looking at all facets of your life. Think of yourself as the hub of a wheel. The hub will only stay stable if the spokes hold their own. Those spokes can represent nutrition, exercise, recovery, relaxation, hydration, and physical and mental well-being. Most people are strong in some areas and weaker in others. If you want to be more fit, we can help with that. Or if you pledge to eat better, we can give you helpful and easy tips. Are you a runner who needs to stretch more? Or someone who eats properly but still feels they need a boost? Maybe you just need to feel better about yourself.

EmbraceMeToday.com is here to support you.
