It is an evolution from traditional African dance styles following the creation of Afrobeats music and incorporates some dance moves from hip-hop and salsa. Afrobeats music plays a major role in the creation and proliferation of Afrobeats dance. In fact, the dance was developed as a response to the genre’s incredibly energetic and upbeat rhythm.

A class experience unlike any other, our new formats take your favorite AMP and EDG rides and combine them with off-the-bike workouts to target the upper body, lower body, and core. It’s the ultimate 50/50 flex of indoor cycling and strength training. Indoor cycling classes are a great way to burn calories. Depending on the difficulty and duration of the class, you can burn 400 to 600 calories per class. You’ll have to attend classes two times per week to see weight loss results.
